The Society of Friends and Students of Professor Albert Boime

sponsored an event at City Art in Van Nuys, California to celebrate and honor Albert Boime, as one of the greatest art historians of our time. Over 800 guests attended this event.

The program of this event included tributes by Professor Boime's colleagues and friends, premiere screening of a documentary film about Albert Boime's life, and presentation of letters of gratitude and proclamations from the governor of California, the Mayor of Los Angeles and the Mayor of Beverly Hills to Professor Boime.

The 25 images on the front of this invitation card represent the books, and the 118 images
on the backside represent the approximately 3000 pages of articles written and published
by Professor Albert Boime.
